Custom-made products generally require 7–21 business days depending on the complexity of the order.

We commonly use premium Rosewood, Walnut, and other quality woods depending on the product and customer requirements.
Are your Damascus knives genuine?
Yes. Our Damascus knives are handcrafted using layered high-quality steels forged together to create the distinctive Damascus pattern and performance characteristics. We do not use decorative printed patterns.
Why does each Damascus knife look slightly different?
Because every Damascus blade is handcrafted, the pattern, grain, and finishing details are naturally unique.
Custom Orders
Do you offer custom products?
Yes. We offer custom-made and personalized products for selected wooden handicrafts and knives.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom orders generally require between 7 and 21 business days depending on the design, materials, and production requirements.
Can I cancel a custom order?
Custom orders may not be cancelled once production has started.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept eligible returns within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original condition.
Who pays return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Can I return a customized item?
No. Customized, personalized, and made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
