Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping throughout Canada.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping through our website. If you are located outside Canada and wish to place an order, please contact us directly at info@gsonscreations.com.

Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping Across Canada on all eligible orders.

No minimum purchase is required unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns.

Processing Times

Ready-Made Products

Orders for in-stock products are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products require additional production time and are typically processed within 7–21 business days depending on the complexity of the order.

Customers will be informed if additional production time is required.

Shipping Time

Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier services.

Estimated delivery times within Canada are generally:

• Manitoba: 1–5 business days

• Western Canada: 2–7 business days

• Eastern Canada: 3–10 business days

• Remote Areas: Additional time may apply

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Customers can use the tracking number to monitor shipment progress directly through the carrier.

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Gsons Creations cannot guarantee recovery of lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gsonscreations.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged product

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos of the shipping label

We will review the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Knife Orders
