Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made products
  • Personalized or engraved products
  • Special-order items
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Gsons Creations is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide clear photographs of:

  • The product
  • Packaging
  • Shipping label

After review, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • A refund

depending on the circumstances.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your financial institution may require additional processing time before the refund appears in your account.

Order Cancellations

Ready-made product orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Custom or personalized orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.

Knife Purchases

Due to the nature of handcrafted knives, all purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

By placing an order, customers confirm that purchasing and possessing the product is legal within their province, territory, municipality, or jurisdiction.

Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
